The Ortkeckian Elite are a specialised combined arms regiment rarely seen in the imperium, they train on the Moon of Orteck and bring the Emperors justice from it. Their training Equpiment stems back to Cadia but they don Slate Gray Flak Armor and Helmet with Blood Red Spaulders as oppsed to Cadias Green, and their fatigues Cloud Gray as opposed to Cadias Tan. Sgt Dannick Helmhide aka by his brothers as Dog killer for saving one of them from a rampaging Kroot Hound with a well aimed Plasma shot, reducing the creature to a Vapour. he rest of his heroic deeds, which in turn got him promoted. During those encounters he himself was wounded by a Kroot Shaper unlike he has ever seen, resulting in the amputation of one of his arms which now is machine and wielding a power sword. The Lord Commander of the Orteckian Elite, Helmhides Regiment has been informed of his prowess and is planning to make Helmhide an Officer if he survives the coming battles. They are not as well supplied as they would like so therefore they do not adjust the color of their uniforms to the environment for logistical reasons. They are involed in this campaign to deny xeno's recovering lost Terran Artefacts.
