Adeptus Astartes
The Space Marines or Adeptus Astartes are foremost amongst the defenders of humanity, the greatest of the Emperor of Mankind's warriors. They are barely human at all, but superhuman; having been made superior in all respects to a normal man by a harsh regime of genetic modification, psycho-conditioning and rigorous training.
Your Character gets 1 extra melee attack and wound
In this faction, your character will start off in a Crusader Squad. After making 150 xp you may choose to operate out of a Tactical or Scout Squad. Once time is spent in Tactical or Scout Squad, you can choose to either to become a Primaris Marine or Terminator. Once the chosen to become a Primaris Marine, you cannot go back. This is genetic alteration and must maintain the Primaris progression only.
Tactical Squad

A Tactical Squad is a squad of Space Marines who are used as the flexible backbone of Space Marine chapters.
Scout Squad
55 Points
Their duties are to infiltrate the enemy positions or to fight as lightly armed skirmishers ahead of the rest of the Chapter.
Terminator Squad
170 Points
Terminator Armour, created just before the outbreak of the Horus Heresy, is incredibly rare.
